  Target had a 25% off a single toy sale this weekend in Shamokin Dam, Pa. My Mom and I were browsing and doing a little Christmas shopping. I have a smart phone; however, my mom does not. In order to save 25% you had to text TOY to a specific # to retrieve coupon. My Mom could not save the 25% on a toy that she chose because she lacked the income to have a smartphone. It’s sad that some of the consumers that could really use this type of discount do not have access. This practice seems to be a bit ridiculous as it makes it quite unjust for some.
